Wilson Gallagher is a consultancy business established in 2004.

Our business mission is to help organisations engage their staff to increase motivation and productivity during periods of change. We do this by designing and implementing strategies to meet specific client needs. Solutions typically straddle the functional areas of business strategy, marketing, communications and HR.

We have almost 20 years in-house international senior management and consultancy experience in a range of sectors including energy utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, engineering and manufacture, transport & logistics services and charities.

Managing director, Alistair Wilson was director of UK communications for AstraZeneca plc between 2002 and 2004 and was also global director internal communications for Amersham Biosciences (now GE Healthcare) between 1998 and 2002. He has held similar positions for Bentley Motor Cars (part of the VW group) and Exel plc. He has an MBA from Nottingham University and a post-graduate diploma in public relations from Leeds Metropolitan University and is a member of the CIPR.
